Santa Video provides AI-generated personalized video greetings from Santa Claus. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Users acknowledge that no real person named "Santa Claus" is creating or appearing in these videos. All content is generated using artificial intelligence technology.

3. Order Completion & Delivery

Once the video is accessed or downloaded, the Order is deemed fulfilled. Delivery occurs when customers receive the link and view or download the content. Standard delivery takes 15-30 minutes.

Express delivery option is available for faster processing within 10-15 minutes.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Intellectual Property

Virix Ltd owns all characters, voices, visuals, and technology used in creating the videos. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for personal use only.

Commercial use, resale, and platform uploads are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available in the following cases:

Non-delivery of the video
Technical defects making the video unwatchable
Substantially incorrect personalization

Refunds are generally not available once videos are successfully delivered and working. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

7. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information and confirm legal authority to use any photos, particularly for minors. By submitting photos of children, you warrant that you have parental consent and legal authority to do so.

8. Data Practices

Photos and personal information are used solely for creating your video and are deleted within 90 days. We comply with GDPR and applicable UK data protection laws.
